Plywood is an engineered wood made from multiple layers of thin veneer that are glued together. Each adjacent layer is rotated by up to 90 degrees to reduce the risk of splitting when nailed in at the edges. This ‘cross-graining’ technique also improves strength, stability and prevents warping, making it an excellent general-purpose construction & commercial panel. All of our plywood sheets are CE and FSC certified.

Commercial plywood covers a wide range of pretty red hardwood species which are used as the face and back of the plywood for many applications like cabinet making, furniture making, interior decoration and high grade packing. In South America they refer to this plywood as Triplay. There are different veneer grades like A,B,C and D grades and they are all good and uniform grade for all plywood. The rotaty cut veneer like bintangor, okoume, birch and pine; The PS cut like red oak, black walnut, cherry, parota, white oak etc; The melamine paper has 1000+ colours and different kind of colours can be customized. There are also a few hundred colours of HPL .
There are different kinds of core such as birch, poplar, eucalyptus, hardwood core, that’s all can be according your requirement to produce it. The eucalyptus core is imported from Europe with high quality. All the cores will be select piece by piece, only used good grade core-A,B grade. We use the drying machine to dry the core and the moisture content can be 8%-12% and uniform.
The glue used is phenolic glue, WBP melamine glue, E0, E1, E2 Glue. That’s all used environmental glue, E0 formaldehyde≤0.5mg/L， E1 formaldehyde≤1.5mg/L，E2 formaldehyde≤5mg/L. The glue is produced by ourselves, and tested before it is used Only quality glue is used in production.
The furniture grade plywood is be produced with advanced machines as furniture grade needs higher requirement of the surface, needs to be painted and then laminated some HPL, Melamine paper etc. The first and last layer, we use machine joint veneer like this one, five glue lines joint three pieces together, to avoid overlap and gap maximum. And central veneer all A grade veneer inside it. Because poplar is a soft wood, some clients require hardwood added inside it, to make the furniture more strong and stable.
